HOUSE OF HOROLOGY WARRANTY
House of Horology timepieces are only available for sale though www.houseofhorology.com, our boutique, and authorized dealers. Each House of Horology timepiece comes with a full 2 year international warranty starting on the date of purchase from houseofhorology.com, one of our authorized dealers, or our own boutique. This Warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to manufacturing defects.
House Of Horology’s International Warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage resulting from accident, misuse, or inappropriate or destructive treatment (dropping the timepiece, dents etc.);
- Alteration, manipulation or repair by a third-party service center not associated with House Of Horology;
- Theft or loss;
- Water damage resulting from exceeding the atmospheric pressure depth (ATM) as listed; or
- Consequences of normal wear and tear or aging of the watch, strap/buckle, bracelet and battery.
Please be advised that the warranty stipulates that all services and repairs are to be performed by a House of Horology-approved service center when you send your watch to us. Attempted service or repair by any third-party facility effectively renders the terms of this Warranty null and void, in such cases, House Of Horology shall not be held responsible for any damage arising from unauthorized service attempts that would normally be covered under our Warranty.
House of Horology’s services under this Warranty are limited to repair or replacement at our option. We are not liable for any incidental damages, and will not be responsible for any recovery above the amount paid for the timepiece’s exact make and model at the time of purchase. Any other implied warranties, including that of merchantability, are limited to one year. In the event of a replacement, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the exact same model as your original but will ensure to replace it with a model of similar value.
If your watch requires care after the warranty period expires, we will be happy to inspect your timepiece, and review the cost of services/repairs in advance via our Service Department.
For service please email email@example.com with a copy of scanned receipt, an explanation of the problem, and the best way to contact you. You will hear back from us within 48 hours with instructions on how to go forward with the repair/service.
House of Horology accepts returns for 30 days from the date of purchase in our store or our website. All return timepieces must be in their original packaging, unworn and be accompanied with a return authorization number. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original purchase.
